Considering therapy?

Welcome.

I’m Sam Devlin (she/her) a qualified psychodynamic therapist offering therapy for adults in my garden office in Worthing and online across the UK and internationally.

I provide a warm, confidential space where you can begin to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing. I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief, but about self-understanding and long-term emotional growth.

My Approach

I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious processes may be shaping your current feelings and behaviours.

I offer a reflective space where deeper insight can emerge over time. Together, we can make sense of complex feelings, shift patterns, and build greater emotional resilience.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in trust. You don’t need a diagnosis or clear “reason” to come - simply a willingness to explore and be curious.
