Crisis Support – Finding Help in an Emergency

I do not provide crisis or emergency support outside of our agreed therapy sessions. If you are feeling unsafe, in emotional distress, or in urgent need of help, please reach out to one of the organisations below. These services offer 24/7 or rapid response support and can connect you to the right help straight away.

Immediate Crisis Support in the UK

  • Samaritans – Call 116 123 (free, 24/7) or visit www.samaritans.org for confidential listening and emotional support.

  • Mental Health Rapid Response Service (MHRRS) – Call 0800 0309 500 (24/7 in Sussex) for urgent mental health assessment and support.

  • Text “SHOUT” to 85258 – Free, confidential text support from trained volunteers (available 24/7).

Medical Emergencies

If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.
